Located minutes from the University of Florida and the UF Health complex, Blue Gill is a locally owned and operated restaurant featuring delicious food made from the freshest ingredients and served by a friendly, knowledgeable staff. We take pride in our craft and it shows. Daily specials include fresh fish and signature items like our duroc pork chop and spun-to-order ice cream. Our food is complimented by a full bar, rotating local and regional beers on draft and a refined wine list. Our ambiance is open and welcoming. Our food is delicious and unique. Park in the garage above us and come downstairs for lunch or dinner, seven days a week.
